Southern Water are undertaking important electrical upgrades of all Private Pumping Stations across their network. The wet well within the Abery drive car park requires this essential upgrade.
To ensure the safety of everyone, the car park will be closed due to large vehicles requiring access to carry out the works, for spaces 65-75 from 12-4pm on Thursday 22nd June.

Please ensure you make alternative arrangements to park safely elsewhere during this time.

ALL RESIDENTS must be aware that if their car is located in the car park while the works are ongoing we will not be able to allow them to remove their car while we are doing the work.

This is to ensure that the work can be completed in a timely manner and the team are kept safe.
