We would like to remind all residents that smoking is not permitted within the communal areas of the building. A designated smoking area is available outside for anyone who wishes to smoke.

Recently, concerns have been raised regarding strong cigarette smoke being detected within the building, particularly during the mornings and evenings. Smoke can easily travel through communal spaces and neighbouring properties, which may cause discomfort and concern for other residents, including those with respiratory conditions, allergies, or other health sensitivities.

We kindly ask all residents and visitors to be considerate of their neighbours by ensuring that smoking takes place only in the designated outdoor smoking area. By working together, we can help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for everyone.
