We’re pleased to announce that, following tireless efforts by your Residents Association, the wooden fencing that surrounds a significant portion of Abery green will be replaced with iron fencing that matches the existing structure bordering the Abery drive side of the park.

The current wooden fencing requires constant maintenance at a cost to residents, and has been damaged either accidentally or maliciously on a number of occasions. It’s also a eyesore especially when in a poor state of repair. Additionally, any such damage creates a health and safety risk to young children playing in this central area of our community.

The replacement iron fencing installation will commence on 23rd October.

Understandably, there’ll be some disruption whilst this work is carried out by contractors.
