Following a meeting between your Residents Association, TMBC’s Waste Contracts team and Golding Homes, we’re delighted to report that the health and safety / fire hazard of multiple refuse bins stored in the archway to their block of apartments on Abery drive have been removed, with increased refuse capacity now installed in this block’s own secure bin shed.

Additionally, the bike shed has been re-purposed to house recycling bins to yet further improve waste management. The locks have been replaced, lighting fixed and the whole area jet-washed.
Golding Homes will additionally be seeking planning permission to build an additional bin shed for their Eaton Place residents to further increase capacity.

An eye-sore at the entrance to our estate has now been removed, whilst ensuring that residents have increased waste facilities available for use.
