Following the Residents Association request for copies of PCNs issued to residents for ‘obstructive parking’, we have collated your responses and sent them to RMG for review with parking management contractors CPM.

We have stated to RMG that our opinion is that the PCNs copied to them should be voided with any monies reimbursed to residents as a priority.

We have also requested that CPM fully reviews its current methods of working, given the clear agreed parking controls that exist on our estate, focusing on those contraventions only.

We are unable to provide individual updates to individual residents. That wasn’t the point of the correspondence to RMG.
