{"id":3776,"date":"2023-02-14T16:51:44","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T16:51:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/livingatleybournepark.co.uk\/?p=3776"},"modified":"2023-02-14T16:51:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T16:51:44","slug":"golding-homes-refuse-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livingatleybournepark.co.uk\/?p=3776","title":{"rendered":"Golding homes &#8211; refuse update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Residents Association met with both Golding Homes&#8217; management alongside TMBC&#8217;s waste contracts team to work on long term solutions to the ongoing refuse issues affecting Golding Homes&#8217; properties on both Abery Drive and Eaton Place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following improvement commitments have been agreed &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 (and possibly 4) new euro-bins to be provided by TMBC for general refuse, to be located in the bin shed.<\/li>\n<li>The bike shed to be re-purposed to accommodate recycling bins with new locks fitted.<\/li>\n<li>All black and green bins currently in the archway to be removed.<\/li>\n<li>A full jet wash of the bin shed to be completed for H&amp;S reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Letters to be sent to all Golding Homes residents detailing the changes and also providing advice on recycling \/ refuse management (what items go in what bins).<\/li>\n<li>An additional refuse collection to be arranged to clear the current recycling bins (which are full and contaminated with mixed waste).<\/li>\n<li>A longer term project will also seek to build an additional bin shed for Golding Homes residents to provide additional capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a really positive step for our estate.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s continue to work together to see these improvements put into place in the very near future, and let&#8217;s keep our estate tidy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Residents Association met with both Golding Homes&#8217; management alongside TMBC&#8217;s waste contracts team to work on long term solutions to the ongoing refuse issues affecting Golding Homes&#8217; properties on both Abery Drive and Eaton Place.
