After pushing Panattoni for an update around traffic controls on College Road via installation of ANPR cameras and fining of tenants violating unauthorised access by HGVs on this route &#8211; we have today received confirmation from Panattoni that installation will be undertaken this week &#8211; and commissioning by the end of next.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully within the next 40 or so days, we&#8217;ll start to see PCNs landing on Panattoni tenants&#8217; doorsteps which will trigger a change in their behaviours especially with regards to misuse of Papyrus Way by HGVs accessing the industrial estate.<\/p>\n<p>Leybourne Park Residents Association has been pushing Panattoni to implement controls for over 12 months now &#8211; following their commitment that this route would only be used by LGVs and cars.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re also continuing to push KCC to get improved road signs installed on Leybourne Way \/ Bellingham Way directing HGVs to Panattoni via this approved main route; alongside efforts to improve road safety in our community and the re-introduction of bus services to New Hythe Lane.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good news&#8230;finally.
