They are contracted through RMG.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"h-text h-text-component style-221 style-local-35-c64 position-relative h-element\" data-colibri-id=\"35-c64\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>The following parking restrictions are in place \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no parking on double yellow lined areas<\/li>\n<li>no parking on pavements (two or four wheels)<\/li>\n<li>no parking on grassed areas<\/li>\n<li>vehicles parked causing an obstruction may be liable to be ticketed.<\/li>\n<li>commercial vehicles must be parked in demised (allocated) bays only and not overhanging communal spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"h-global-transition-all h-heading style-212 style-local-35-c70 position-relative h-element\" data-colibri-id=\"35-c70\">\n<div class=\"h-heading__outer style-212 style-local-35-c70\">\n<h4 class=\"\">Leybourne Park Residents Association (LPRA) is run by residents of our estate, just like you.
