Most properties on the estate have an allocated parking space.\u00a0 You need to confirm with your solicitors (if purchasing) or alternatively through RMG (the estate management company), Hyde Housing or Golding Homes (social landlords) as to which allocated space is linked with your property.<\/p>\n

There are a limited number of visitor bays which are available for temporary parking only on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n

Parking etiquette.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Please don’t hog a visitor’s bay indefinitely.\u00a0 Think of your neighbourhood please. We’re all trying to make sure we have safe and secure parking for all residents.<\/p>\n

No space? <\/strong>The RA fought for overnight street parking on Papyrus Way through KCC. This is available after 6pm (and before 8am) Monday to Saturday and all day on Sundays.\u00a0 There are approx 20 -30 spaces available for overflow parking.<\/p>\n

Parking enforcement\u00a0<\/strong>RMG contracts CPM to oversee parking on our estate.\u00a0 Penalty Charge Notices will be issued for parking contraventions.\u00a0 The signage around the estate details all of these restrictions – but in brief –<\/p>\n
