Leybourne Park Residents’ Association started gathering members in April 2017 following the imposition of parking controls that were introduced without prior adequate consultation with the residents. There is little or nothing as emotive a subject as Parking!

Within a week we had achieved over 200 members! Our aim was to get a minimum of 60% of members to assure recognition as a residents’ association by the contracted estate management company. The Association was recognised at our first meeting with the managing company on the 11th May 2017 at the Bricklayer’s Arms.

Since then much has changed and we have moved forward creating a good working relationship with the contracted estate management company – RMG and social landlords Hyde Housing & Golding Homes.

The RA has been instrumental bringing these organisations together, in order to better management our neighbourhood and our community.

The Residents Association have and continue to achieve much in improving our development over the past years.
