The LPRA are working proactively with First Port, Hyde Housing and Golding Homes to improve the management of refuse on our estate.
The LPRA successfully lobbied KCC to amend parking restrictions on Papyrus Way allowing for overnight overflow parking for residents.

Gallagher Group kindly donated a number of large quarry stones which have been placed on our roundabouts to protect against curb / ground damage by HGVs.

Our 2023 Easter egg hunt was a smash success with record attendance.
Kids were tasked with hunting out hidden easter eggs on Ingram park.
Everyone (including the 'big kids') was a winner - especially with the sun shining down, and Soft Whippy ice cream van also in attendance.
