Who’s who

RMG are the company that manage the vast majority of the estate. This includes grounds maintenance, apartment block maintenance of private dwellings*, estate-wide amenities.

Hyde Housing are a social landlord that owns and or manages a number of blocks and houses on our estate. Residents within these blocks or properties will know if their landlord is Hyde Housing. Hyde are responsible for upkeep and maintenance of these properties.

Golding Homes is another social landlord that manages a smaller number of properties on our estate. Similar to Hyde, they are responsible for the upkeep of these properties and immediate grounds areas.

E&M (Estates & Management) are the landowners representative. They have contracted RMG to manage this estate on behalf of the landowners. If you pay an annual ground rent, it will be sent to E&M.

CPM is the nominated parking control company that enforces parking restrictions across the estate. They are contracted by RMG.

TMBC – Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council is our local council. This is where your council tax goes. They are responsible for bin collections across our estate as well as the upkeep of public roads / pavements that surround our neighbourhood.

KCC – Kent County Council are responsible for the upkeep of major roads and highways in our area. They also oversee public services such as bus services in Larkfield.
