Rose Property Services are the nominated grounds maintenance contractors that RMG have employed to look after Leybourne Park’s communal grounds.

Rose Property Services are contracted to attend with weekly visits for the landscaping and the bin emptying all year round.

– The contract stipulates 52 visits per annum. This will be carried out on a set day with the same team to ensure consistency.

– Grounds maintenance and bin emptying will be carried out on each visit.

– Weekly litter picking will be undertaken.

– The development will be split into 4 portions for more efficient grounds management. They will be carrying out grass cutting, shrub management, weed control – dependant on the time of year they will focus on different aspects i.e. during the autumn / winter months they will be focusing on the fallen leaves, whilst in spring / summer they would focus more on grass cutting. In addition, they will carry out weekly litter picking & bin emptying.

– Plant replacement is not included in the contract (this is regarded as betterment).

– They will additionally report sightings of any bulk waste / fly-tipped waste to RMG for removal.
